In November of 2008, I opened our first shop in Granada Hills because I wanted to create a space for people to escape the stresses of everyday life, to relax in a peaceful environment where they can enjoy the healing benefits of reflexology. ABOUT REFLEXOLOGY

The art of reflexology dates back to ancient China, Egypt and India, over 200 years ago. It is a complex system that identifies and addresses the mass of 7,000 nerve endings contained in the feet and hands. It is practiced as a completely natural therapy that affords relief without the use of drugs. Foot reflexology is based upon the premise that our nerve zones of reflex points go from the bottom of our feet to the top of our head, encompassing all vital organs on the way. Pressure applied to the hands and feet generates a signal through the nervous system which is processed in the brain. It is then relayed to various parts of the body to help restore its own healthy balance.
